    1. All women share different menopause experiences.
    2. The menopause experience is a natural event that marks the end of fertility and childbearing years in a woman.
    3. Menopause occurs when the ovaries run out of eggs and decrease production of the sex hormones estrogen, progesterone and, to a lesser extent, androgen.
    4. The age at which menopause begins may be unique for that woman. Some women reach menopause in their 30s or 40s, and some in their 60s, but menopause most often occurs around the age of 50.
    5. As the menopause is setting in, even though you’re still ovulating, you may experience menopausal symptoms. Your hormone levels fluctuate, and you may have hot flashes, palpitations and variations in your periods. For instance, your flow may be irregular, or heavier or lighter than usual. This is a normal process leading up to menopause and may last 4 to 5 years or more.
    6. Once 12 months have passed since your last period, you are considered postmenopausal. Your ovaries no longer produce estrogen or progesterone, and they don’t release eggs
    7. Symptoms in a nut shell are Irregular menstruation, Decreased fertility, Vaginal changes, Hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances.
    8. Changes in appearance – After menopause, the fat that once was concentrated in your hips and thighs may settle above your waist and in your abdomen. You may notice a loss of fullness in your breasts, thinning hair and wrinkles in your skin. If you previously experienced adult acne, it may become worse. Although your estrogen levels drop, your body continues to produce small amounts of the male hormone testosterone. As a result, you may develop coarse hair on your chin, upper lip, chest and abdomen.
    9. Emotional changes  – With the onset of menopause, you may experience mood swings, increased  irritability or be more prone to emotional upset.
    10. Periodic gyneacological check up will help exclude other associated diseases like fibroids, cancer etc.

    1. Clinical improvement in symptoms is the sole guide to evaluate the efficacy of CONSTITUTIONAL HOMEOPATHIC TREATMENT.
    2. Homeopathy treats ” WOMAN IN DISEASE NOT DISEASES IN WOMAN”. As HOMEOPATHY goes into your deep study, by considering your immediate sufferings, your past illnesses, your hereditary tendencies and family history, your emotional status as a whole – during illness and otherwise, your reactions and behavior while under stress and otherwise, your liking and disliking in food, drink, temperature, weather etc. and many more things which comprise the constitution of the individual to select an appropriate remedy to stimulate immune system as a whole to improve the imbalanced.state.
    3. With constitutional homeopathic treatment, you will experience that episodes of hot flashes and other discomforts
    • lesser in intensity and severity i.e. each subsequent attack should be less severe.
    • Short-lastingly  i.e. duration of  each episode  should gradually diminish
    1. A general sense of well being with improvement in mood and emotional hypersensitivity is also noticeable. You will be able to apply your body and mind FREELY in some fruitful activity for yourself, your family and for the society.  With constitutional homeopathic treatment, this “feeling of well being” may be in small increments, but will be appreciable. This is the hallmark of the correctness of treatment and indicates that larger improvements will follow soon.
    2. Sleep, stamina and appetite will improve. You should be able to do your work more efficiently and with lesser tiredness as the health improves with the treatment. Sleep and appetite will normalize.
    3. Moreover you will experience increasing freedom. Your endurance level will increase and can be appreciated by the fact that whatever precipitating factors were causing discomfort, are no more affecting you in the same intensity.  As the treatment continues, you will also experience improvements in almost all the associated problems.  You can measure and evaluate your improvements on a percentile scale – e.g. 40-45 % improvement in my migraine, 70-75% improvement in my stamina etc.
    4. With continued treatment, total annihilation of the disease is possible.
